Outreach privacy notice
This notice explains how Blueprintr uses personal data when we send sales emails from getblueprintr.com, and when you visit this website. If you sign up for the Blueprintr product, the product's own privacy policy covers your account, and we can send you a copy on request.
Who we are
Blueprintr makes diagram-first documentation software and is operated from Portugal. We are the controller of the personal data described in this notice. For anything about it, write to hello@getblueprintr.com.
What details we have
- Your name, job title, employer and work email address. Where Apollo.io has them, also your work phone number, professional profile link and location.
- The emails we send you and any replies you send us.
- Whether you opened one of our emails or clicked a link in it, for campaigns where we switch tracking on.
Where the details come from
Your business contact details come from Apollo.io, a database of professional contact information. Apollo's own privacy policy explains how it collects them. Anything else comes from you, when you reply to us.
Why we use them
We use your details to tell you about Blueprintr, because your role or company suggests it could be relevant to your work, and to deal with any reply you send.
Our legal basis is legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR): telling businesses about our product. To keep that fair to you, we use work contact details only and we stop when you ask. We do not make automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.
Who else processes them
We do not sell your details. These providers process them on our behalf:
- Apollo.io, which stores our contact list and sends our emails through our own mailbox.
- Google Workspace, which hosts our email.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website.
These providers may process your details outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Each of them offers data processing terms with safeguards for those transfers.
How long we keep them
We keep your details while we are in contact with you. If you do not reply, we delete them within 12 months of our last email. If you ask us to stop, we delete them too, except your email address, which we keep on a do-not-contact list so that we do not email you again.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we have about you, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or give you a copy in a portable format. You can object to direct marketing at any time, and we will stop.
To use any of these rights, reply to one of our emails or write to hello@getblueprintr.com. We reply within one month.
You can also complain to a data protection authority: the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD) in Portugal, at www.cnpd.pt, or the authority where you live or work.
This website
We do not set cookies or run analytics on this site, and it loads nothing from other websites. Cloudflare processes your IP address to deliver the pages and to protect the site from abuse.
Changes to this notice
When we change this notice, we update the date at the top of this page.
